Opportunity to shape the future of a major production site in Asia

Our client is a globally leading provider of industrial connectivity solutions for data, signals, and power. The task

  • Translate and execute the global strategy into the Vietnam production site, driving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Oversee capacity and resource planning to ensure optimal use of machinery, personnel, and materials
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the operations team, strengthening talent pipelines and organizational capabilities
  • Ensure robust quality management systems and compliance with international standards and regulations
  • Drive adoption of future manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators to secure profitability and cost control
  • Safeguard health, safety, and environmental standards across operations
  • Collaborate with local and global leadership to align production with customer requirements and market developments
  • Represent the company towards internalstakeholders and external partners, fostering innovation and best-practice sharing

Your profile

  • Visionary, bold, and innovation-driven leader with customer-focus, building sustainable solutions and lasting relationships. You act with ownership, integrity, and transparency, fostering trust and collaboration across teams. By leading with strong values and high standards, they empower others through clear delegation and focused talent development.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a relevant discipline
  • At least 15 years of professional and leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, ideally in an international setting
  • Proven track record in operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational development
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to make data-driven business decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels and cultures
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate or be based in Vietnam
