Driving Manufacturing Excellence and Strategic Growth Across the Americas

The task

  • Lead and manage manufacturing operations in the U.S. and Mexico, overseeing plant managers and their teams to ensure efficient production
  • Oversee warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and quality operations across Canada and Brazil, ensuring seamless regional operations
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional operations strategy that aligns with global objectives and drives business growth
  • Drive new product introductions and the ramp-up of high-performance manufacturing lines, particularly for data center customer
  • Focus on continuous improvement in cost efficiency, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence to optimize performance
  • Partner with Sales to achieve high service levels and competitive lead times in the Americas market, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including production, quality, delivery, backlog, and inventory, to meet organizational goals


Your profile

  • A pragmatic, hands-on leader with strong strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills, driving initiatives with resilience and collaboration while developing people and maintaining credibility with senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, with a proven track record in scaling production sites
  • International experience, preferably across the Americas, with a strong background in automation, industrial components, or automotive tier-1 manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success in leading efficiency and growth initiatives, with hands-on leadership and expertise in KPI management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing complex supply chains and logistics across multiple countries, and securing investments through strong business cases
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, particularly in U.S. markets, and excellent communication in English (German language skills a plus)
