The task

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the business in the region with focus on Italy and Spain, driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, and profitability
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the customer base among OEMs and device manufacturers and achieving design wins 
  • Assuming full responsibility for two strategic key customers in Italy
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop the sales team while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Drive consistent sales performance, ensuring alignment with growth, revenue and profitability targets
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance in Europe to align sales initiatives and business objectives
  • Member of the extended management team in the division.


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • (First) Leadership experience in sales, business development, or key account management within a technology-driven B2B environment.
  • Proven success in a project-oriented sales model with OEM / design-in business, ideally in industrial communication, automation, or electronics
  • Strong track record in key account management
  • Customer-oriented mindset, hands-on leadership style, and ability to inspire and unite people around a shared vision
  • Empathetic and authentic personality
  • Very good communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel across the region
  • Strong roots in the Milano Area or willingness to relocate.
