Europe, and Germany in particular, represent a key pillar of the company’s future growth strategy.

The task

  • Lead, grow and inspire an international sales team with a focus on empowerment, accountability, and success
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the European customer base, approaching both partners and distributors as well as end users
  • Drive consistent sales performance, ensuring alignment with growth, revenue and profitability targets
  • Expand the E-Commerce business and foster close cooperation with top-tier resellers, distributors, and channel partners in each region
  • Manage revenue of currently close to 100 Mio. €, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth
  • Support the global strategic shift from a reactive, distributor-led model to a proactive sales approach targeting industrial clients directly
  • Work closely with the CSO and the Executive Leadership team in Canada

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of proactive sales leadership experience in B2B, technology, or related industries
  • Proven experience leading multi-country sales organizations across Europe and the UK
  • Demonstrated success managing complex partner ecosystems and global customer accounts
  • Strong and inspirational leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop an international team
  • Customer-oriented mindset, hands-on leadership style, and ability to inspire and unite people around a shared vision
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel across Europe and to Canada on occasion
  • Home-Office in Germany
