Driving Operational Excellence in global high-precision manufacturing

Our client is a globally operating, mid-sized technology company based in Germany. It specializes in high-precision metal components and assemblies for the automotive and medical sectors. With more than 800 employees across international production sites in Europe and the Americas, the company combines global reach with strong local execution capabilities. The Mexican site plays a strategically important role within the Group’s international manufacturing footprint.

The task

  • Full P&L responsibility for the manufacturing site, ensuring profitability, growth, and operational excellence
  • Development and execution of the site strategy in alignment with Group objectives and long-term business planning
  • Leadership and coordination of all core functions, including production, quality, logistics, and finance
  • Ensuring compliance with QMS/EMS standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Driving operational performance through KPI management, continuous improvement, and lean initiatives


Your profile

  • University degree in engineering or a related technical discipline with additional qualifications in business management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial environments, covering operations, production, supply chain, quality, and finance
  • Proven general management experience in a medium-sized manufacturing company with a strong hands-on leadership approach
  • Solid international experience, ideally within Mexico, including familiarity with local business practices and legal frameworks
  • Strong leadership capabilities combined with analytical thinking, results orientation, and excellent communication skills
